Up on offer here is this rather impressive vintage Edwardian C-1910 heavy bronze twin capital Corinthian column table lamp with a rare hand-moulded heavy acorn-shaped ribbed iridescent glass shade, all original throughout; Stunning British piece… ” Beautiful piece of early Edwardian Gothic Revival design lighting in beautiful condition with lots of appeal”. Standing at 69 cm tall, and weighing in at 9.4 LB, this is a very substantial piece of period lighting. Standing on a substantial four-step square plinth base with a unique brass-cased heavy stabilizer base plate, and brass cable entry grommet. Heavy bronze tubular central shaft with base and shoulder capitals. Original late 19th C bronze switched B22 bayonet-fit bulb holder with a twist Bakelite handle mechanism. Original deep bowl-shape ventilated bronze gallery with original locking bolts. Are early 20th C hand-moulded heavy acorn-shaped ribbed iridescent tinted glass shade. Professionally re-wired in period match three-core fabric-braided 0.75mm twist cable, earthed, tested, and in perfect working order. Early 20th C (MK) three-round pin brown Bakelite plug with early cord grip system. Absolutely beautiful piece of antique when turned off, would make a decorative focal point in any room. Totally stunning when lit, emits a very warm ambient glow when switched on. Mercury Column Vacuum Gauge Rare GIANT Steampunk Early Industrial Antique

This is an absolutely BEAUTIFUL RARE GIANT steampunk early industrial antique gauge display on plaque including the matching pressure switch brass face. Gauge made right here in the early 1900’s by Hohmann & Maurer Company out of Rochester New York Just a short history on Hohmann & Maurer. Hohmann & Maurer began business in Manhattan around 1885, and moved to Brooklyn soon thereafter. It became a division of Taylor Bros. And moved to Rochester in 1896. You cannot find a gauge of this quality and most are now hanging in museums! There is plenty of room to install display lighting inside of the gauges, would look great with colored LEDs! The mercury has been removed from both pieces and the original glass thermometer and gauge covers are in tact. You can see the marking Pat’d Dec. 17, 1907 and Pat’d Mar. Wood Plaque 51″ x 8 1/4″ wide. Vacuum Gauge 36″ Long x 4″ Wide. Lower pressure switch 7″ x 5″.
