Very beautiful, rare adjustable ceiling pendant lamp Onos Seitenzug by Florian Schulz Germany 1960s. Very high quality workmanship. This lamp has a heavy brass ball on the side to adjust the height. It gives a very nice diffuse light with the reflector screen and the small diffuser. Goes very well with the mid-century design over a dining table. The lamp is in very good condition. Brass with a beautiful patina, no dents. Works at 110V to 230V and is suitable for all countries. The pictures are part of the description. 1960s Italian Old Timer Giorgio Ferrari Toucan Lamp – Rare. This listing is for the earliest example of the Italian Toucan Lamp by Giorgio Ferrari in its original orange and green colours – the earliest examples of this lamp did not have the manufacturers mark on the base. It retains its original flex and in-line switch and is in fully working condition. This lamp is now 60 years old and therefore I believe it is in good condition, with no burn damage to the beak, considering its age. It does however have a repair to one of the feet which I had never noticed until I took these photographs, where the plastic has at some point been flexed but not fully broken, which can be seen from the photograph of the base. EARLY VERSION WITH THE LIPPED CHROME SHADE RING AND SOLID COUNTERWEIGHT (NOT THE LATER 80s LIPPED VERSION). BLACK METAL SHADE AND BASE, WITH SOLID TEAK STEM AND CHROME ARM. THE LAMP ROTATES 360 DEGREES ON ITS BASE. FULLY WORKING, BUT NOT CURRENTLY PAT TESTED. THE LAMP HAS THE ORIGINAL WIRING AND TWO PIN EUROPEAN PLUG, SO YOU WILL NEED A THREE PIN ADAPTOR. OVERALL THE LAMP IS IN GREAT CONDITION FOR ITS AGE. THE WOOD HAS NO SPLITS. THE SHADE IS DENT FREE. THE CHROME ARM IS SUPERB. THE COUNTER WEIGHT HAS A FEW DENTS/SCUFFS, WHICH IS NOT UNCOMMON WITH THE PENDULO (PIC 9). THE TOP OF THE WOOD STEM HAS MINOR SCUFFING (PIC 11). REPLACEMENT BOLT FITTED TO THE SHADE CUP (SEE PIC 10). Rare HTF Flirty-eyed early 1960s Italian fashion doll Sonia Ottolini wearing her original “Sonia” pin, wool red coat (does have some moth holes and slight fading), tan wool shift dress, pearl necklace and matching painted shoes. Sonia has her original human hair wig and is fully marked on the back of her neck. Overall, in good condition and her eyes work very well. For those of you who have no idea what this is other than a fruit bowl please google this fine fellows work, his family are still producing exquisite works based on the original works today. We have cleaned waxed and polished it from top to bottom, the patina is sublime. Height:- 5.5cm. Width:- 28.5cm. Please note all measurements are taken at the widest point, if you would like any additional or specific measurements please ask. This item is available for collection from our Wimbledon warehouses SW19-3BE, we can have it delivered nationwide to include Scotland Wales and Ireland. Please note vintage period and original items such as leather seating will always have natural patina in the form of cracking creasing and wear, we recommend regular waxing to ensure no moisture is lost, also hand dyed leather is not recommended to sit in direct sunlight for prolonged periods of time as it will dry out and fade.
