Rare Royal Doulton Whiskey Decanter – Scotsman. Issued by Royal Doulton for Asprey & Co Ltd. New Bond Street, London. Issued: 1920 – 1930, This piece pre 1922. Height: 9 1/2 inches (24.0 cm). Excellent Condition Assured – No chips, cracks, scratches, restoration or any other kind of damage. With original cork stopper. Some fine, clean age related crazing evident to the underside of the base and to the inside of the stopper behind the beard see pics. Very, very fine age related crazing to the hat but this is barely visible to the naked eye and detected under magnification. These observations do not detract from this rare piece and I mention for complete accuracy. Any white areas in my photographs are purely light reflection.
