Here I present this early rare bit worn early Steiff brown Teddy Baby bear. He is fully jointed, head, arms and legs and has glass eyes. He wears a bell on leather cord around his neck, no Id. Good used vintage condition, with obvious signs age and wear to foot pads. Felt missing from one so cardboard piece affixed there, felt on other but in poor condition as shown. Mohair decent bit of thinning and matting but displays well still. Green spot on left hand pad. Tiny hole on right hand pad. Please view all photos carefully as they are part of my description. EARLY RARE Antique QUOTE SAMPLER Framed Embroidery MARY CLEAVELAND 11th Year

Presented for your consideration is this early sampler. The sampler is all hand embroidered and features several different small pictures around the outer edge. These pictures include a tree, animal-like figures and various designs. In the center is a quote about living life. The quote is somewhat hard to read due to flawed stitches in the making of the sampler. Roughly reads Remember thy creatou in the days of thy youth while the evil days come nor the years draw nigh when thour halt ray have no pleasure in them. ” Below the quote reads “Honour to your parents give us long as you on Earth do live. Mary Cleaveland made the sample in the 11 year. The sampler is framed in a thick wooden frame. This rare sampler would make a great addition to any sewing or embroidery collection! There are 2 holes in the sampler in the upper right corner and two runs are in the upper left corner. A run is also in the lower right corner. Some light to mild age wear is on the sampler and the frame. A chip is out of the bottom right corner of the back of the frame. Overall in VERY GOOD condition for its age. Please refer to the photos for the absolute best details. Sampler alone measures 8 3/8″ wide by 11 5/8″ long. Entire piece measures 13 1/4″ wide and 16 5/8″ long. Early 20th Century Wall Mount Extendable Accordian Exam Light Faries Unique Rare

Antique Early 20th Century wall, post or beam mount accordion style extendable exam light lamp. 1 of a kind lamp available, there is no other exactly like this lamp. Mount is made of cast iron, protrudes from the wall 3″, height of the mount is 7 1/2″, width at mounting area is 2 3/4, black in color. The mount has a 3 bolt or screw pattern mounting flange. The accordion section of the lamp is made of steel which is nickel plated. The accordion arm section has a 1/2 in diameter pin attached to it that drops into the wall mount and can be locked in place via a small set screw, extendable arm can swivel if lock screw is left untightened. Attached to the accordion arm is a brass tubular forward lamp arm. Brass lamp arm does pivot a few degrees for light placement. At the base of the brass lamp arm is a scrolled cast metal piece which acts as a handle for light placement. The scrolled handle is also nickel plated. The lamp is equipped with a brass swivel type pivot joint at the socket, an Arrow paddle socket is attached to the swivel. Lamp is equipped with a very nice cream white colored porcelain 2 1/4 fitter shade. Shade measures 7 1/2″ x 6″ x 4 1/2 in height. All new modern replacement braided black cloth covered electric wire. Plug end is new period correct style. Tested for proper safe function. Extends to 5′ in overall length. Brass lamp pin section is stamped KR, shown in pics. An early 1800s era Regency Penwork Snuffbox, with a scene from Tam O’ Shanter, arguably Robert Burns most famous and finest piece of work. Lid fits tightly onto box, hinge has been broken along full length in antiquity. This does not detract and has a positive aspect in that both aspects of box can be displayed. Still in remarkable condition for it’s age, the penwork on the lid has great attention to detail, remember this is not a transfer. Measuring almost 9cm in length and near 5cm in width with a height of 2 cm. This lovely work of art still retains a solid robust feel. May be an early example of Mauchline Ware, but I feel it is of significantly higher quality than that. Been in my home for a lifetime. It is in good overall condition but the side fenders were replaced over time and the rubber wheels are deteriorating (now strings keep it together). A very rare early silver folding campaign fork. It is unmarked but tests as high grade silver. I do not know where it was made but would think Northern Europe – France, Belgium, Holland. It has been superbly handmade having a hinged joint allowing the fork to fold out and lock. It is in superb condition being free from dings splits and repairs and works perfectly. It measures almost 6.5 inches (16.2cms) long fully open by 0.75 inch (1.9cms) wide and weights 33 grams. A very interesting and rare piece. There’s also an indentation on the wood guide but it looks like it’s a natural part of the wood. The legs of the guide need to be glued in place. Comes in a black felt bag.
