Mr bongles Early 1900s Rare charming old Antique traditional Steiff Metal Button Jointed Teddy Bear. Lovely facial expression a real treasure.. With Black boot button eyes stunning little chap long arms steiff Embossed button to ear early 1900s. Hard to come by collectable bear. Small wear hole side of nose and top of head. Stitch repair tummy seam and very small stitch repair top if leg. All small please see photos to show. Balding to fur on face can be expected for over 100 years old. Claw stitching to foot and hand pads middle claw stitch loose on one hand at some time replacement paws and pads. Hopefully he will get a fab new home. Happy to post worldwide thank you. Antique Sandow’s Spring Grip Dumb-Bells for Youths. Here we have on offer a stunning set of antique Sandow’s spring grip Dumb-Bells, dating from the early 20th century. What makes this set particularly special is that they are designed for use by Youths, which makes them rarer than the usual mens sized dumb-bells. They are actually fine for use by men also, but obviously a bit smaller in size. Comes in the original box which has beautiful and really quite fascinating detail from a bygone era. The dumb-bells have wear to the red leather handles, but are otherwise really in excellent condition for their age. The instructions are printed to the inner tray, and the box is good for its age, but does look to have been glue repaired to the corners. Exceptionally Rare Pre Coalport John Rose Coalbrookdale Porcelain Sauce. Circa 1805 – 1810. Rare John Rose & Co Coalbrookdale Porcelain Pre Coalport Circa 1805 – 1820 Sauce Tureen & Underplate. Likely a bespoke commission for an important family, given the incorporation of a monogram. All hand painted and gilded, Great overall condition, considering the piece is approaching 200 years old. There is a chip to the foot of the tureen, and two feint stable hairlines on the underside of the under plate as per the clear photographs. I have similar pieces listed, each with its own condition report, and photographs. You will receive the items pictured, we have labelled each item so the photographs and integral to the listing and condition report. Approx Size Underplate: 9.75″ w x 8.25″ across. Approx Tureen Size Inc Lid & Handles: 8″w x 7″ h. Early pre-1805 porcelains were unmarked and marks were rarely used before 1820. The early, pre-1820 Coalport wares have proved to be of a type of hard-paste porcelain. After 1820 – John Rose incorporated’Coalport’ into his porcelain mark. Jerry a lovely charming Rare old Antique Rare Early Long Limbs Mohair Jointed Teddy Bear Possibly Struntz. Replaced paws and pads.. One replaced button eye.. Stitching repair to ear on seam. This fantastic very heavy strong box is an early Tann box in great original condition from 11 newgate street where production of safes and strong boxes were made from 1888 to 1912. The numbers 25648 are engraved on the inside top of the door. This box is solid with only minimal surface rust and the door closes and locks effortlessly. It measures 14″ H x 14″ W x 18 L. Antique HEROIN embossed QUACK MEDICINE bottle. Large, early hand blown, RARE

7 3/4 inch tall. Amber-colored cylin der-shaped antique patent’quack’ bottle that o riginally contained a HEROIN LACED medicine. This is an ORIGINAL ANTIQUE hand B lown I nto M old bottle (BIM) with a tooled top, dating it back to the 1800’s. Bottle embossed : ” Glyco – Heroin /’SMITH’ “. Base of bottle embossed : MARTIN H. / CHEMISTS / NEW YORK. Condition : Bottle has some light patina and age wear, including a scrape along the back ridge of lip, as shown in last picture. Otherwise it is a good solid bottle in clean condition, as seen in the pictures. Age : An ORIGINAL ANTIQUE hand-blown bottle (Blown-In-Mold = BIM) with a tooled-top, ca. T hese bottle contained a patent medicine and one of the main ingredients in it was Heroin, Glyico Heroin. Heroin was used over a century ago as an ingredient in cough syrup, to suppress the cough and suppressing the discomfort that is associated with it. Yet it did much more than that as patients came to find out that they kept using the syrup long after the cough was gone. As they say,’Caution, may be habit forming’. To say the least! Heroin is one of the most addictive substances known to mankind. This is one of the very few antique bottles that we know of that actually has the word ” HEROIN ” embossed in the glass which makes it quite appealing. It is not a commonly found bottle and these are getting increasingly hard to f ind , especially in this PRISTINE CLEAN condition, check it out!
