Rare Antique Early 19thC French Sterling Silver Paste St Esprit Dove Brooch A gorgeous & rare antique 19th century – late Georgian/early victorian French sterling silver brooch in St Esprit/Holy Spirit design which is represented by the dove, the dove part hangs and moves. It is encrusted with paste stones which are meant to simulate diamonds. A scarce piece to find and a desirable piece of antique paste jewellery. A lovely quality piece. Comes packaged in organza bag. No markings which is normal for a piece of this age, tested as Sterling Silver; Guaranteed by us to be solid silver Weight: Approx 15.3g Measurements: 2 1/4″ long x 1 3/8″ wide – 57 x 34mm. Condition: Very Good Used Condition, some general wear and patina consistent with age. The paste stones have slight ageing but nothing major for their age. Clasp works fine – Please look at all photos – Please ignore any white flash marks, these are not on the item. JUST THE STERLING 925 ALONE is 860 Grams or 30.2 Ounces! Total weigh of the holders and cups is 1820 Grams or 64.2 Oz! Antique George II Silver Bullet Teapot, London 1734. A rare George II silver bullet teapot made in London 1734. The plain body standing on spreading circular foot. With carved wooden handle and slim cast spout. Engraved to lid and surrounds with a shell motifs. Hallmarked to underside for Michael Boult, London 1734. Further marks, lion passant and maker’s mark, to underside of lid. An early piece from a rare maker. In antique condition, with some issues. Signs that engravings to sides have been removed. There is solder visible to the interior on one side. Hinge is loose and has probably been repaired. There is rubbing to the engraving. Wear, with dings and extensive scratches throughout. Hallmarks to lid and quite worn. 21.5 cm (including handle). 13.5 cm (including handle). For your consideration is a outstanding Georg Jensen hand-hammered sterling vase, form #107, made in Denmark, circa 1922. This Vase has a wonderful flaring form, and a beaded band around the bottom portion. A very early, hard to find piece by a top flight maker. The Piece is in very good, age appropriate condition – a couple of small dings (see photo #9) and a couple of very tiny nicks to the top lip (see photo #10). The Vase has not been monogrammed. Marked: STERLING, GEORG JENSEN in a Beaded oval; Danish Mark of three Towers over 22; 925S; CF superimposed over a H; 107; and DENMARK. Height: 5 3/8 Inches. Diameter: 3 3/4 Inches.
