RARE ANTIQUE early 1800s US MILITARY PRESENTATION SWORD, FIGURAL EAGLE HANDLE

This is a rare antique early 1800s American military figural eagle head sword. It measures 36.5 inches in length, the blade is 31 inches and 1.25 inches wide. There is a crack in the handle, pictured on one side. There is a design to the blade but there is such a dark tarnish to the blade it is barely visible, im not sure how it would clean up. This is a better quality eagle head presentation sword then most you might find. I do not see a makers name , again because it is so tarnished.
