This is an original Aviation Art Deco DC3 Airplane Lamp designed by Chicago Designer, Ray A. Schober, in the late 30’s. And made by Premium Products MFG. The DC3 maiden flight was Dec17,1935. It has chrome plated metal base, wings, propellers, elevator, and rudder. It has a frosted white glass fuselage with silver painted stripes and windows. The light switch as in the tail and the light and switch are working. This was a very early piece with U S PAT PENDING molded into the glass under the fuselage. The patent which was later issued will be 110196 and they also later began making this in cobalt blue glass. Measurements are approximately 12″ L x 13.25″ W x 8 H. The glass shade is 9.50 L. The reproduction is marked “Saspirilla Deco Designs” both molded in the glass and stamped in the metal under the base. Wonderful & Rare – Very Early ALL WHITE Antique German Cat Candy Container. White Cat Candy Containers are very uncommon and He is Simply Gorgeous. Hes over 100 years Old and Dates to the Early 1900s. He has his beautiful Original Matching Green Glass Eyes, his lovely Pink Nose with the ever-so-hard-to-find half-open smiling or meowing mouth which gives him such character and makes him look like hes meowing. His Body is realistically sculpted, with is tail curvaceously wrapped around his body, his stance and pose he looks like a real cat. NOTE: Snowflake is a SPECIAL NEEDS Kitty = Although very hard to see when looking at him or when hes displayed in a cabinet, Underneath his haunch his Back Front Leg is Long Gone = This is something that happened long ago as hes nearly pristine. If Snowflake could talk = and he looks like he could = Im sure he has some story to tell. Even so, he stands very well with no problems. He is ALL ORIGINAL and UNTOUCHED = hes had NO repairs. Any lines are original details in the Compo Original making, and 1 near his eye simply due to age – or in the making of him. We should all look as good at 100+ years Old. He was photographed in very bright light with some shadows and looks more white In person. A stain on the back/side of his head looks like its on the surface. Ive made no attempt to clean him. He measures approximately 4 Long x approximately 3 3/4 Inches to the tip of his highest Ear. Being offered For sale this Rare Antique White Metal Pomander or tea ball with No reserve. I originally thought this was a Tea ball but the open fret work is too open to keep tea leaves in. I showed it to a silver specialist friend who said it looks like a pomander due to its size and the double chains it is hung on. The ball is crafted in a white metal and is beautifully pierced i think by hand as there is some irregularities in the piercing work. It also has the number 32 stamped inside the lid i don’t know what this is for but worth mentioning. The lid is hinged and works well i think these are the original chains there are a few dints but this is to be expected with age. The ball measures 13.5cm around the middle and weighs 21.6 gms. Please study photos in depth as these are a part of the description. All measurements are approximate all stones have been measured with a Moe diamond weight calculator and a diamond spread sheet. Here is a Cast iron SS White articulating wall lamp bracket from the early 1900s. Great wall lamp and rewired with a new cloth wire. Both cast iron pieces move left and right. I haven’t been able to find another piece like this anywhere online. Would be great for any light or dental/medical collector. Originally when found there was a hairline crack in the top piece of main bracket. I had it professionally welded and repaired only about a quarter inch of the whole top piece. It is not noticeable now. Painted the small area in a flat black to try and match the rest of bracket. Also, liquid welded a brass socket thread at tip of arm for socket. This is to keep light socket in place. Comes with a early holophane lamp shade as well. Light is in working condition. See photos, ask any questions needed. Mouthpiece-#30-Early 1900’s-Funnel Cup! White Co #30 Hard to Find Mouthpiece for Antique Horn. Offered is a rare antique brass mouthpiece with 99% of the silver plating intact. The condition s excellent with only minor scuffs and dings. The only stamps on the horn are H. White Co and 30. The measurements are odd and it’s too large for a cornet. The photos show it in a vintage cornet and a modern cornet. Neither fit is right. Perhaps the perfect fit for an early 20th century mellophone or alto horn. These are the measurements. Total length: 2 7/8″ OD of shank: 9/32″ ID of shank: 5/16″ ID of cup: 13/16″ Depth of cup: approximately 7/8 If you have an antique horn this might be the mouthpiece you need. The cup is funnel shaped. The throat looks very open. Excellent condition with 99% plating intact.
