Condition is Used with ID and bit of old red flag too! Rare in that you move tail around and bears head can completely move in a 360 degree motion- wow! Standing about 7 is this precious very rare old steiff non jointed rare teddy bear circa 1910 WIth ID in good used overall condition with slight mohair loss overall and some tiny bald spots and thinning as shown. Paw pads original but show obvious wear as shown with excelsior showing! Can not stand cuz front legs but floppy excelsior has moved softened. Please see all photos carefully. This is a really well loved cute Steiff humpback teddy bear from 1905/10. All jointed with original eyes, paws and claws. Very long arms and and big feet. Very Rare Early Antique Long F Steiff Bear 17 l and 13.5 tall non jointed wooden wheels. Condition is good overall Used as shown with signs of wear from age- a true original! Paul cord but growler no longer works. Some small holes hear and there and some minior stitching here and there too over time but please look at all photos. Eyes look slightly diff in color? Our Very Rare antique steiff teddy Petsy bear is absolutely gorgeous! She is GERMAN MOHAIR BLUE-EYED “PETSY” BEAR BY STEIFF. Blond mohair distinctively-modeled bear was designed as a baby cub bear, having center seam with elongated nose, stitched light brown nose tip, grand-sized with very rare beautiful blue glass eyes, elongated arms with shoulder disc jointing, hip disc jointing felt paw pads with no holes With original Steiff underscore button in ear. Some thinning of mohair around muzzle and Body in general and sadly the growler inside doesnt work! German Steiff, marketed as Petsy and with unique facial modeling and grand eyes was introduced in 1928, and is very rare. We are looking for a lovely home for Petsy and we hope youd love her as much as we have done! The white and blue collar is not original and can be taken off, but it really suits her. RARE Early STEIFF Antique 9 Long Mohair JOINTED TEDDY BEAR Hump Back with Growler

Early Antique Steiff Teddy Bear. Presented for your consideration is this antique teddy bear. The bear could be an early Steiff or something else, we are not sure. It has a jointed body with long blond mohair, tan pads and embroidered nose and claws. The bear is completed with glass eyes and is stuffed with straw. It has a hump back with a growler inside of the belly. The growler can be felt but unfortunately is no longer working. The body is jointed at the legs, arms and head. All joints move with ease. The button in ear tag is missing but the original red embroidering is still in the ear where the button would have been. The bear comes from a CLEAN, SMOKE FREE environment. This RARE early teddy bear would make a great addition to any stuffed animal or Steiff collection! Some wear is on the pads of the feet and hands. As previously stated the growler is no longer working and the button in ear tag is missing. A very small tear is in one of the hands. Otherwise the bear is free of rips and tears. Light wear from age and play. Overall in VERY GOOD condition for its age. Please refer to the photos for the absolute best details.
