ANTIQUE from 1900- 1920’s CHINESE CANTONESE EMBROIDERED SILK PIANO SHAWL! On a rare beautiful burgundy/ wine color silk material finely embroidered in the same color silk threads using finest satin stitches. Features beautiful blooming flowers and foliage. Extremely finely worked piece- just look at the pictures! The shawl measures 62″ (157.5 cm) x 58″ (147.32 cm) not counting woven border with fringes, which measure additional 10.5 (26.7 cm) long. Condition: good/ fair antique condition with some damages and imperfections such as tearing and repair in at least 1 spot, couple of big needle made- like holes, one spot with a little fading (on the reverse side only, invisible from the face), and overall some general staining. For sale is a rare (Gold Georgian Halley’s Comet brooch). This gorgeous brooch has a large faceted Georgian mine cut paste stone, and picks up the most gorgeous light reflections, In some light conditions it takes on a really nice frozen look, just like a real comet. The brooch is not hallmarked, which is not uncommon for the era, but fully tests as gold. The brooch also has a tiny (Comet Man) sat on the tail of Comet. This rare brooch is one of the nicest I have seen before, It is also possible for the brooch to be worn as a pendant. Antique comet brooches are highly collectable, and even rarer to find with such a large stone. The little comet man makes it just that bit more unusual. RARE HUGE antique 1800’s solid cast iron figural Scottish soldier doorstop early

Up for sale is an extremely rare antique solid cast iron figural doorstop made the second half of the 19th century. The stop is in the form of an armed Scottish soldier standing on a platform base with his hand propped on the rock background. It’s made of very thick iron, is extremely heavy, and has acquired a lovely patina from age. The casting is an exceedingly rare form. In nice antique condition and measures 14 3/4 inches tall by 12 1/2 inches wide by 3 inches back to front. Thank you for visiting “Dusty Treasures ” and please feel free to browse through.
