Up for sale is an awesome Early Old Antique 1930s 8 spoke exterior Goldsmith Sporting Goods (see stamping on back left panel) VINTAGE thick Brown ALL Leather Football Helmet. Helmet measures to Adult size 7 1/4 model number 60- must see all photos – front thick padded leather with all stitching right and complete interior eight spoke harness with center pad – awesome shape – see several photos ; note – you can also see the Deep Goldsmtih Sporting Goods stamping on the back left leather panel; stitching tight and thick and clean throughout – great overall look! This is a very cool 1930’s adult size 7 1/4 all thick clean and sturdy leather football helmet! As the photos show, the helmet is in very nice overall shape! There are a few gridiron battle scars and add to the cool eight spoke chocolate football harness/thickly padded (see all photos for condition)! The leather is soft and supple and still holding up very strong for being close to 85 plus year old – wow!!! It has a great shine and awesome look! The intimidating brown patina is 100% worn original. The leather interior of the helmet is in super good condition and as you can see has the thick leather interior and exterior 8 spoke harness which denotes the higher quality and craftsmanship includes the foam head display stand as well!! It is all present and is high quality shape and condition; especially for helmets of this era. The helmet is size 7 1/4. This very cool antique thick thick brown rare all leather football helmet would look killer displayed in your home, office, den or sports room! Approximately 9 Antique Girl. Recknagel Character Face ca. This is from the early 1900 made in Germany; Theodor Recknagel. R 57 A 8/0. She has a BEAUTIFUL FEATURES!! Molded, painted hair with Bow on side. Limbs are a little loose, shoes need touch up paint. Has a split down the middle of her body. Original outfit has soiling from age. I don’t know her value at all. She came wrapped up in a homemade blanket that was then placed in a shoe box which was taped shut. She does not smell bad at all. On offer is a very rare old MAH JONG set. 100% complete and unbelievably still sealed – it has never been played with. It looks like an early set – possibly dating to the 1st half of the 20th century. The tiles are made from bovine bone and bamboo and each tile measures approx 2.5cm x 1.75cm x 1.25cm. It comes with its original old rules book. Rare chance to own an unused / unplayed with set. The case when closed measures approx……. Width – 32.5cm, depth – 20cm, height – 5.5cm. France, early 1900’s, made of bronze. Height (without chain) : 11 1/4″ , total height : 22″. Good overall condition, solid bronze, rare piece : I never had one of that shape for sale, with carvings on glass, old (ceramic socket). My name is Greg, I’m a French guy who had business in Charlotte NC for 3 years. Unfortunately, I had to move back to France because of a slow activity. I fell in love with the US, particulary Charlotte! So now my only goal is to return to Charlotte, and for that I want to export French furnitures and antiques there! This idea came because of my love for wood and history. It is a great area to find valuable furnitures and smalls because of the proximity of wealthy ski resorts like Megève and Chamonix Mont-Blanc. It is also close to Geneva (switzerland), about 45minutes by car. The Geneva area is one of the richest in Europe due to finance and whatchmaking. Italy’s not to far as well, 40 minutes. So when you’re living and picking in this kind of environment, It is not rare to come across real pieces of art and history.
