Final reduction before I decide to keep the item. The item will end in the next couple of days. A rare, early and genuine Bergmann Vienna Austrian cold painted bronze. Arab girl with stone pot, Urn, Ewer stamped with the Bergmann mark and model number 2897. This is an early piece produced c1900. The Roman numeral mark VIIII may indicate a production date of 1909. Stunning detail and casting quality which hopefully you can see in the detailed images. I have not seen another example of this rare version with the stone pot which really does make this a substantial piece. The detail and realism of the pot, wooden frame and rope is extremely. Approximate dimensions & weight. The item will be very well packaged. A VERY RARE Chinese porcelain small dish, early 18th century. Hand painted with a Famille Verte / Rose pattern. It is extremely finely potted and VERY light. LOVELY CONDITION, and I note only two minute frits/chips to the rim back edge, and what looks like an extremely fine glaze line which I only seem to be able to see in a certain light from the back. Here is a very early and special teddy bear. Characteristics of Bing, and Steiff like feet and arms, further study shows that the bear most resembles bears from the German company Kohler and Rosewald formed in 1909, in Nuremberg. The bear is believed to be one of their early bears, with the very large feet and hands, thicker ankles, long claws, and extra-long extremities. The linen pads are original. The bear is stuffed with excelsior, and has a remarkable intact muzzle and shape, large glass eyes and a very prominent hump. Bear is all original in good condition with some thinning to the mohair and a couple holes in the linen pads. RARE HUGO BERGER for GOBERG (GER MA NY) EARLY 20TH CENTURY ANTIQUE SIGNED ARTS & CRAFTS HAND TOOLED, IRON HANDLED CANDLESTICK. W/SIDE HANDLE, WAX COLLECTION RESERVOIR. Antique Arts & Crafts hand tooled iron. 7 ¼” Height x 5 ½” Width (base) x 4 top Width. Offered is this very scarce, signed, early 20th century antique Arts and Crafts tooled iron handled candlestick by Hugo Berger for Goberg Ger ma ny. It was produced at the turn-of-the century around 1910, so 1900 to 1915 would be the best approximate time it was manufactured in Ger ma ny. It possesses some of the quickly recognizable characteristics and hallmark design monikers that came to distinguish Arts and Crafts antique forms. Notably, was the tooled, hammered, heavy gauge sheet iron used in its spare, angular conceptual vision. The center, ascending collared stem of the candlestick, has hammered pits that resemble vertical grains of rice. The side handle is large but instead of being curvilinear where it turns, it instead is informed by a more abrupt, angular shape. The top of the candlestick has two prominent forms. The first being the wax candle receiving port. The 2nd being the upturned concave wax collection reservoir basin. The bottom plate is hammered with four rays emanating from the center, resembling ancient Celtic or Paleolithic hieroglyphs. These are hammered and tooled into the iron plate’s surface. Raised, bas-relief pimples or dots also inform the surface of the base plate of the candlestick. It is stamped on the underside of the base with’Germany. It is a fully integrated, very thoroughly conceived Arts and Crafts candlestick in nearly every way. It would be difficult to think of one single element that could be significantly changed or altered without somehow debilitating the strength of the original design and what has made these now nearly 110 year-old decorative objects, still so coveted and desirable, even today. Great form, great color and great surfaces make this antique Hugo Berger for Goberg (Ger ma ny) Arts and Crafts tooled iron candlestick a great antique decorative object. Good to Very Good overall antique condition. The item “RARE HUGO BERGER FOR GOBERG /GERMANY ARTS & CRAFTS EARLY 20TH C IRON CANDLESTICK” is in sale since Tuesday, December 17, 2019. This item is in the category “Antiques\Decorative Arts\Metalware”. The seller is “modsanctuary” and is located in Milford, New Hampshire. This item can be shipped worldwide.

CHELSEA Automatic SHIP'S BELL CLOCK 1926 Working Strike RARE EARLY Yacht Boston
THANK YOU FOR VIEWING MY LISTINGS. This listing is for. Automatic is the KEY Word.. The following is what I have learned. PLEASE ASK QUESTIONS if you have any. I have described this the best I can. As is where is AS DESCRIBED. And ASK questions if you have any. (6 years short) and WORKING. Unfortunately I was only able to acquire this Master Clock. BUT if YOU have the relay and the Bell. Then you will want to add this to your collection ;=. The Wood Frame measures about 8 square and is made to hang the clock and hide the terminals and it fits tightly – it looks homemade and weighs about 1.1/2 pounds Mahogany I THINK. I would want a different display if I were to keep it. Either a nice panel to hang on the wall. Or the curved desk display. The clock weighs close to 6 pounds! It is about 3.1/2 Deep. The dial states that this was made for. SPAULDING & COMPANY, CHICAGO. The Brass bezel measures about 5.1/2″ across and has a small vintage dent on the outside edge (see picture) This unscrews so everything can be accessed from the front – The clock face and hands are in very good condition and measures about 4″ across. The back is sealed closed. The patent number of the clock is December 31, 1901 and the MATCHING serial number on the movement and the back of the clock is number 182790 and that dates it between 1925 and 1929 but closer to 1926! The movement is CLEAN and has been sealed – I do not have a history of the clock and it does not appear to have been worked on – I wound it and after a slow start it ran and chimed as it should for the past week 1 bell for 12:30 2 bells for 1 Three bells for 1:30 up to 8 bells repeating for 4 8 and 12 (the ships watch). I have not re wound it. This is what the advanced collectors collect. From my research I found that Chelsea Clocks. Are owned by a long list of. James Arness Bing Crosby Barry Goldwater Bob Hope BILLY JOEL Rocky Marciano Aristotle Onasis David Letterma n John Wayne General Douglas MacArthur Each member of the Greatful Dead! ______________________ your name here. Movies the Chelsea Clocks were in. The Hunt For Red October. Clear and Present Danger. I think that would be on a good day with the wind blowing in the right direction without the high seas! I can start it with a reserve and never sell it OR I can list it with a fair starting price and let the big boys come out and play – I choose not to start it 99 cents and hope…. PLEASE ASK QUESTIONS IF YOU HAVE ANY. Stay safe and be well – Dave. Please review the description and photos. And ask any necessary questions. THIS IS ORIGINAL – VINTAGE AND. Don’t let my low starting price fool you. YOU KNOW YOU WANT IT. DON’T MISS YOUR CHANCE. THE US 48 STATES. My Choice of INSURED. Double boxed and well protected. This will probably weigh close to 10 pounds. After I package it. Clock and Frame weigh 7.1/2 # alone. PLEASE SEE PHOTOS FOR CONDITION. As a Photo is worth 1,000 words. Please feel free to contact me.
