RARE MOSER CZECH COBALT CUT TO CLEAR GILDED PANELLED PUNCH BOWL LADLE ANTIQUE?? This listing is for a very rare to find Moser hand blown, cut and gilded antique caviar or Sturgeon bowl. It is a unique and exclusive opportunity to own a product that impresses with superlative luxury and style. Breathtaking in its details and finely performed craftsmanship. It is in the form of a punch bowl which can be used for many purposes.. Fruit, dessert, or just to admire in your special cabinet. It also has a matching ladle with an applied handle and lipped bowl… Also cut to clear with a gilded line which extends in a loop right up the entire handle. The base of the bowl of the ladle is octagonal facet cut and each segment coming away from the base has a double gilded outline… They are both in immaculate condition. The bowl is heavily gilded on the top edge and raised handles as is the ladel. The bowl is cut to clear in large panels. , 14 in number and the base is star cut to clear (very unusual) and the concave panels are outlined by a very steady hand with a double gilded frame. There are two step cuts at the base which give added definition and a single step cut at the top edge. These are cut to clear with amazing accuracy and perfection as expected from such master craftsmen. The punch bowl and ladle would make a very special gift or addition to your glass cabinet or especially for “Moser” collectors.. MEASUREMENTS: 8″ diameter x 5″ height to the top of the handles. CONDITION: I cannot find a fault with it except maybe minor spots where the gilding has worn on the top lip edge.. These are very small and do not spoil the amazing beauty of these items. The ladle has no loss of gilding. This item is in the category “Pottery & Glass\Decorative Pottery & Glassware\Vases”. The seller is “valhbriggs2012″ and is located in this country: GB. I have provided several comparison pictures between this plate and a documented RSP. Mold form is shown on page 53, plate 200 – 204 see the. Decoration style in blue page 47 / 59, plate 173 / 230. Ribbon decoration page 62, plate 246 many other examples in this book. RARE Early RS Prussia serving plate. 2 Sand pipers standing on water lilies in underglaze cobalt blue with an over glaze ribbon out line colored in gold. Rare, rare, rare decoration & subject! Chop plate for serving, has a dished out bottom. In the comparison photo of the back sides, you see different sized strength rings. Because the chop plate on the right is to hold a pile of meat weighing more than the cake plate on the left would be asked to carry, hence the larger strength ring on the bottom of this plate. Cobalt blue under glaze with outline ribbon decoration in Gold on top. Marple reference, Formative years. No cracks or repairs. 1 edge chip see picture. 10 1/2 inches wide. Antique Rare 4 Gallon Saltglazed Stoneware Cooler- Dispenser Early Cobalt Blue
Antique Rare 4 Gallon Saltglazed Stoneware Cooler- Dispenser – Early Cobalt Blue design. Excellent and hard to find dispenser. Even though its not complete- I have never seen one- even like this. Pretty sure this is a Redwing but (please correct me if Im wrong) there is a chip to the inside edge. On the bottom there is a chip which doesnt show in the upright position- the only thing that shows are two small cracks- that stem fro this chip. I showed a close up so you can see the bottom edge- so you can tell whats on the bottom and what shows going up the side. This is also in the back of the crock- so it will still display well. Great color- beautiful design. Measures 15 tall x 9 1/4 at the base and across the top.
