RARE EARLY ROBERT MOUSEMAN THOMPSON 3.8cm NAPKIN RING 1950s. A rare, early Robert’Mouseman’ Thompson napkin ring dating to the 1950s. These little napkin rings are few and far between. They measure just 3.8 cm, so much smaller than the later napkin rings that got bigger and bigger as the decades went on, eventually measuring 5 cm. I’ve taken a picture of this early napkin ring with a later example so the size can be compared, the vintage example is not included in the sale. Regarding condition, it has a split (see pictures) with a dark line running over it. Other than that, the condition is excellent. The mouse is particularly well carved with no damage, the colour is beautiful, and it has wonderful patina. Finding any early, rare Mouseman piece under 200 pounds is practically impossible, so it’s great to be able to bring something like this to the market which has age and rarity. It is also still very useable today.

Lovely rare miniature Chberlains Worcester figure if a mouse, the base measuring just 1.5 inches long and 1 inch wide. This is a rare model and the pink base is delightful.

1929 Antique Mickey Mouse Composition 12 Figure Doll EARLY RAT FACE. I believe this adorable creature is made of composition. As you can see from the cracking. He is obviously not mint condition but he is very old and he would make a neat addition to anyone’s collection. He does have condition issues as in some cracking and splitting but nothing that goes all the way through. He still stands properly as you can see from the photos and he’s a really neat piece for your shelf for any Disney or Mickey mouse collector. Please see all photos. Wonderful early all cotton cloth pair of Mickey and Minnie Mouse dolls, loaded with charm. They have yellow 4-finger hands and yellow boot feet, and stitched on ears and noses. Mickey has a twine string long tail. He is wearing blue shorts and Minnie is wearing a pink pleated skirt of white shorts. They are 10 tall. No tags or labels. The black cotton cloth has faded to dark navy blue and their painted face features also faded a bit. Light soil and signs of age, but there are no missing parts, both dolls completely intact without holes or tears. Don’t miss, this is a very rare pair! EARLY ROBERT MOUSEMAN THOMPSON OAK ASHTRAY, HAND CARVED WITH SIGNATURE MOUSE – 1940s. A really superb Robert Mouseman Thompson ashtray with a particularly well carved signature mouse that has a fabulous face, whiskers, and a lovely high back end and carved tail. It is a wondeerful dark honey colour with a nice grain pattern running through the oak. It is in excellent condition with minimal signs of wear consistent with age, which is understandable as it is approximately 80 years old, so has amazing patina that you just can’t get with the later ashtrays. EARLY ROBERT MOUSEMAN CHEESE BOARD WITH SIGNATURE MOUSE ON THE BOARD c1950. An early Robert Mouseman Thompson cheese board with the signature mouse placed on the board. Mouseman cheese boards with the mouse on the board were only produced up until 1960, after this date the mouse was repositioned onto the handle to provide more strength. It is in used condition and has visible signs of use including knife marks on top of the board, the signature mouse has also suffered under the knife with very little tail left (please see pictures). It is a medium oak colour and measures 37cms long and 118cms wide. A good early piece of Mouseman, approximately 70 years old. It will be very carefully packaged and sent tracked and signed. I have quite a few Mouseman pieces for sale, including a burr oak stool, a burr oak chair, and an arm chair – please see my other items.
