Intricately Carved Flowers Mounted Sitting on a Swirl Openwork Crown. The 7 Prong Comb is Hinged Allowing To Hold Lots Of Hair-The Original Hinge & Screws Are Hidden at the Back & cannot Be seen from the Front – Hinge Works As it Should. Presented in very good Antique Condition-At Some Time In its Life Looks like Someone has added Cotten to re-enforce the Hinge. The Original Hinge is in Tact with or without the cotton. The bell seems to be a tortoise Type shell , very nice quality , does have a crack. The mechanics seems to function. Probably made in Germany, very early and heavy detailed quality.
