Very rare early R. “Model A” sewing machine in fine condition. Feed dog spring, tension spring and retaining nut for that replaced, all other parts original. Even needle is original WANZER branded. Comes with original granite base. Rotates easily and you can sew with this, but it makes skip stitches here and there, I believe reason being loose spring keeping shuttle in place. Antique early 1900’s Herman Wollenberg rare model Glove sewing machine

Very rare model Herman Wollenberg Glove sewing machine from the early 1900’s. This machine may be unique. It comes out of a collection of rare machines. It is different from the few Wollenberg machines that can be found on the internet. A true collectors piece. In working condition and looks to be complete. Wooden base is of a later date and was made to fit this machine. Of course I can not guarantee the machine in anyway as it is well over a 100 years old. All that I can tell you is that it is a good working machine but it does need some T. The machine is in complete , original untouched and unrestored condition. Check out my other items. Victorian Moldacot Plunger Portable Pocket Sewing Machine. The very first Moldacots were the plunger style machines with no hand-wheel attached. Beautiful miniature sewing machine This little sewing machine has a small clamp to hold it on a table. At the top it has a plunger that when hit (see photos) makes the needle go up and down Described by Financial News in brilliant terms as the most useful invention of the century. Although I believe most of them never were able to sew very well. I have not used or sewn with this item. View pics for further details. Una little wanzer con una decoracion distinta. Este es el modelo primitivo. Primero modelo de Little Wanzer data de 1868. Estos primeros modelos no tenían provisión para una cubierta de barra de agujas. Un volante de equilibrio de cinco radios y un devanador de bobina simple. La decoracion era muy sencilla sin recargar. El estado es PERFECTO. Que dificles ver este modelo en tan buen estado. Ademas tiene la lanzadera y la maquina funciona perfectamente. Una autentica maravilla de coleccion. Envio urgente a peninsula gratis. A little wanzer with a different decoration. This is the primitive model. Little Wanzer’s first model dates from 1868. These early models had no provision for a needle bar cover. A balance wheel with five spokes and a single coil winder. The decoration was very simple without recharging. The state is PERFECT. How difficult to see this model in such good condition. It also has the shuttle and the machine works perfectly. An authentic wonder of collection. Antique Sewing Machine Rare Early 1900s VESTA B Working L O Dietrich Germany. This beautiful sewing machine was produced by Vesta, who manufactured sewing machines in the Leipzig/Altenburg area of Germany between the late 1800s and 1938. The company was originally formed by 3 locksmiths, Leopold O. Dietrich, Hermann Köhler and Gustav Winselmann. They had very limited experience in producing sewing machines and initial were “inspired by” SINGER machines, but would eventually produce their own designs. Had left and established a new factory in Altenburg under the VESTA name, whilst the other two founders would form their own company. Post WW2, the company never restarted as a private enterprise and reopened as’VEB Sewing Machine Works Altenburg’ and would continue until the fall of the Berlin Wall in 1990. Vesta produced a number of models, with this particular example being a VESTA-B and bearing the serial number S1256729. Vesta machines are rare in the UK, particularly for machines which are working and in good cosmetic condition. Furthermore, this example comes with original spare parts, spare needles in an original pack, and an original Vesta manual/parts list (all in excellent condition for their age). The sewing machine is in good order and sews well (see pictures 11 and 12 for example of output). Cosmetically, the machine is in very good condition for its age, with only minor wear to the decals. The case has seen some woodworm at some point, but it does not appear to be a major issue and is otherwise in good condition. In the latter case, we will send you an invoice ASAP. Some of the exceptions to these rules are as follows. Items over 15 KG will be issued via an alternate courier service, which will be sent in conjunction with ParcelMonkey. All items are available to collect in person from Wolverhampton in the West Midlands. There is no charge for this, but please get in touch in advance if this is something you wish to do.
