Excellent Condition Assured – No chips, cracks, scratches, restoration or any other kind of damage. With original cork stopper. Some fine, clean age related crazing evident to the underside of the base and to the inside of the stopper behind the beard see pics. Very, very fine age related crazing to the hat but this is barely visible to the naked eye and detected under magnification. These observations do not detract from this rare piece and I mention for complete accuracy. Any white areas in my photographs are purely light reflection. Rare Royal Doulton Seriesware Antique Tea Trio – Sheep in Snow H66. Depicting four sheep on the cup and saucer in a. At sunset casting their shadows around them, five sheep on the side plate. Issued: 1916 – The date of withdrawal is not recorded. This piece can be dated to pre 1922. Side Plate Diameter: 7 inches (17.7 cm) approx. Excellent Condition Assured – No cracks, chips, crazing, scratches, restoration or any other kind of damage. There is a factory flaw to the base edge of the tea cup where there appears to have been a fold during the firing process causing the outer glazing to not take properly. Does not detract too much from this rare set as not noticeable when displayed. Any white areas in my photographs are purely light reflection. Will be sent very safely packaged, as always.
