Antique vintage gold metal lace braid ribbon tape trim. Rare mysterious early china boy doll Meissen? For the knowing collector. This for sure very early rare boy is giving some enigma of it´s maker. Having the crossed swords inside it´s head what could attribute him to Dornheim, Koch & Fischer. Dornheim, Koch & Fischer was a small German doll head maker wellknown for it´s high quality and very rare. Meissen would be a little sensation. I leave it to the knowing collector to evaluate. The head is fine molded and painted. Blue expressive eyes with red line. Fine painted and molded moth giving the impression of a slight smiling. Unfortunately a piece of shoulder is brocken off, a tiny part is missing. A nearly not to see hairline crack on the neck runs up to the hairdo on the back. Early great leatherbody in great condition for age with fine fingers and wasp waist. Marks and holes where the head was attached shows that the head allways originally has been attached to this body. However this is a rare early china doll for the appreciative collector of early china dolls. Size Head: 4.1/2 – 11.5 cm. Size Body: 14 – 35 cm. Size Head + Body: 17-1/4 – 44 cm. As you can see the chair has great colour and patina. This rare early chair has a high hoop back with scribed decoration. There are turned spindles above a hooped arm and shaped supports. Antique WW1 1916 military trench wrist watch early BORGEL rare model unusual collectible. Sponsor’s mark from Sylviann Dreyfuss,’F. Mark from Francois Borgel, another mark which is not visible, xxNILA WATCH SWISS MADE, the serial number 33994, 925 from 92.5 silver purity, the London mark,’a’ from the year 1916 and a 6. Diameter: 40 mm (including crown), 34 mm (excluding crown). The wristwatch is working. It has an early Borgel case, where the mechanism is screwed. The dial has red paint at 12 hour, typically for military watches. The dial has some small cracks/scratches and small chips. The case shows some signs of wear such as scratches, as you can see from the pictures. The crown has three position, one for winding, one to set up the time and one to unscrew the mechanism. I didn’t check to see how well it is keeping time, if you are interested, let me know and I can check during 24 hours. It is a rare military wristwatch, an antique piece. Very Early & Rare One Piece Dial Vienna Wall Clock

Very Early & Rare One Piece Dial Vienna Wall Clock. Nice early and very rare one piece dial Vienna wall clock, these early examples are often referred to as’Biedermeier’. ? They were often made in Austria and not Germany and have much finer cases, which are more subtle and elegant and are certainly better constructed. The enamel dial is surrounded by a’pie crust’ cast bezel which is another early feature. The dial with nice fine hands is in very nice shape but there are a few scratches near the winding holes which are very hard to see. The movement is the lift on type, to the back plaque. The movement is clean with fine wheel work and dead beat? . The beat plaque is silvered brass which is a little faded. There is a key, weight and pendulum. The fine case looks like inlaid walnut? Which is faded in some areas (see photos) it has been in a direct sunlight. The fine crest at the top and bottom are in good condition. Early clocks like this have beautiful proportions and measures 40.5in tall (inc crest) x 11in wide x 4.75in deep. Please don’t confuse this early piece with the much inferior later German versions, this is a hard to find clock of some quality. It runs for 10-15mins then stops so would certainly benefit from a good clean and service. One side of the glass is missing on this excellent find. Straight from a Massachusetts doctor’s personal collection to you is this just absolutely fantastic, and you don’t have to love and appreciate antique and vintage Ame ri can advertising to see that this early 20th century Vaseline Preparations color lithographed enamel tin upright early mercantile store display, with various color product tubes pictured on the front door of the case, is one big, bad, lean and mean piece of Ame ri can early advertising. Extremely rare and with few ever available on the market quite like it, this nearly, if not 100 year-old tin store display, is a highly coveted and exceptionally scarce Ame ri can mercantile artifact. Antique Early Georgian glass RARE Cruciform decanter serving bottle c 1720

On offer from my own collection. Rare original early Cruciform decanter or serving bottle c 1720. They were closed using a cork not a glass stopper, and the idea was that having more body area from the shape, the contents would cool quicker when placed on ice. They were said to be uses for cider or champagne. This one having a v section string rim similar to an onion wine bottle, and re-fired type pontil. Good used condition no chips or cracks, but has had professional restoration to the lip at some time in its life, but does not detract nice job. Height 20.5 cm 9.5 cm across base both ways. Added 23/02/21 The chip like shape in the lip is not a chip, just a fold in the glass or air bubble not a problem not broken the surface. Only some one asked that question today.
