Antique exquisite rare early miniature drawing dividers combination Architect

A fine small combination set of brass & iron drawing dividers. /compasses in a leather covered wooden case. The double-hinged main dividers with interchangeable ruling pen dividers & pencil holder dividers. All the folding parts have double steel hinges. The wooden case is in excellent condition – with lovely burgundy red leather – no cracks or damage with working silver locking clasp & good secure hinge with silver studs. Please note: the fine wing-nut fastener for the ruling pen has one wing absent. Otherwise it’s a fine early example of the highest quality – very rare to find with such a nice case too.
