THIS IS ONE OF THE RAREST ITEMS I HAVE EVER. IT IS A EARLY 1900S. BASICLY A FISH BOWL. FROM MY RESEARCH I BELIEVE THESE WOULD BE ON A COUNTER. IN A STORE AND THERE WOULD BE WATER WITH FLOATING WOOD. RARE Antique Old Early California Petroliana Globe Oil Tools Display Box’60s

This is a RARE Antique Old Early California Petroliana Globe Oil Tools Oil Drilling Display Toolbox, manufactured by the now defunct Globe Oil Tools company, founded in Los Nietos, California in 1927. This piece dates to the 1960’s – 1970’s and retains its original silver paint and the embossed “Globe Oil Tools” on the top of the lid. This toolbox also retains two original paper labels. The first reads: Globe The Handcrafters… ” The second label says the same thing, but has a handwritten notation which states, “Display. This toolbox was likely a display model prototype produced by Globe Oil Tools, since there have never been any other similar pieces available on the resale market. Approximately 16 1/2 inches wide x 10 1/2 inches tall x 8 1/2 inches deep. This item is in very good condition for age, aside from some expected mild oxidation and a few small dents at the top of the box. This company was nationally renowned for some of the highest quality tools in the petroleum and drilling business. Original early Globe Oil Tools items are exceedingly scarce, and anything comparable to this piece has rarely ever been offered for sale since the invention of the internet. For sale is this very impressive. Early C20th French Iron Display Rack. This Bakers display shelf was manufactured by Mazieres of 59Bd Menilmontant in Paris, as can be seen stamped on the base. Manufactured by hand in iron with decorative swirls and complimented by polished nickel frame and finials, it has been finished off with detailed gilded sheves of wheat. It measures 8ft high, 6ft 3″ wide and is 19″ deep. It has been fully restored to it’s natural beauty and waxed finished, so is ready to adorn any kitchen, bathroom, living area or shop a like. RARE Antique Early 1900s Corbin Lock Key Hardware General Store Oak Display Sign. Excellent condition for its age all the way around. Original back door still opens and closes nicely. Original Corbin decals on each side are still in nice condition. Wood still has its original finish. The front is a little dusty under the hardware but will clean up. This piece came from a long time general store collector. Id say about 1/3 of the hardware is original on the front and the rest are reproduction but still nice.
