Rare early Steiff cone nosed apricot teddy c1904/5

Billy is a wonderful early kapok stuffed Steiff Apricot cone nosed teddy bear c1904/5 measuring 12 with around 90% of his apricot mohair remaining. He actually looks more like a possum than a teddy bear with his pointy cone nose. Billy does have some repairs including a glued insert to his nose and also repairs to both his ankles (please see pics). All pads have been recovered, as well as some other old repairs and small tears at the neck joint. However he has such a sweet endearing expression with ears set low down on the side of his head.
