Rare Early Vintage Industrial Dugdills Machinist Work Lamp Light Antique

A fantastic early vintage industrial Dugdills work lamp. A wonderful & very rare model with a heavy cast iron base & hanging hook, articulated arm & white enamel shade. An exceptionally original example of a lamp which very rarely turns up for sale any more. Rewired in twisted black flex. 1920’s H 45 cm Wear commensurate with age, good overall, cosmetically unrestored. All joints are freely moving with the exception of the swivel joint midway up the arm which is very often seized on these earlier models (I’ve not tried to free it up & it may well release with some encouragement). Height measurement above is taken with the lamp as per the main image. All electrical items should be checked and / or installed by a qualified electrician prior to use.
