RARE Antique Early 1900s Small Metal France SR Horse Drawn Cart

Very neat, older, probably early 1900s era piece, maybe an old dime store toy, marked on the cart, Made in France SR. It looks like a tin or lead metal painted gold and it’s a super cool horse drawn cart and the cart has moving wheels. Really a fine old little toy in very nice shape with some paint loss in spots, very light wear and could use a little fine cleaning. About 1 3/8 inches tall and 2 1/2 inches long.
