FROM ALL MY RESEARCH THIS IS AN EARLY RARE PIECE OF AMERICANA PULL TYPE TOYS. IT IS MADE OF METAL AND HAND PAINTED. SOME OF THE PAINT HAS CHIPPED IN FEW SPOTS DUE TO AGE. WHEN THE TOY IS ROLLED FORWARD, THE CLOWN RIDER LEANS BACK THEN FORWARD. ALL PARTS WORK VERY WELL, THERE IS NO TENSION AT THE WHEELS, ETC. It measures 13″ tall 11″ long and 5 wide.
